  2. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. See bank details on home page – payments page.
  3. Full payment of the balance due must be made and reflect in our account no later than four weeks prior to arrival.
  4. If your booking is cancelled at least two months prior to the date of booking, then a full refund will be given, less 10% administrative charge .
  5. If your booking is cancelled one month prior to the date of booking, then a 50% refund will be given less 10% administrative charge.
  6. If your booking is cancelled within four weeks of the date of booking, no refund will be given unless an alternative booking is made. If an alternative booking is found, then the deposit will be refunded less 10% administrative charge.
  7. The Chalets can sleep a maximum of four persons (two couples) or one couple with two children.
  8. Occupation of the premises will be subject to signing an indemnity.
  9. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS OF ANY NATURE ARE ALLOWED.
